Root cause: empty metric tables vs. live data tables
The UNS blockchain policies registered several
metric_N tables (76, 77, 104, 106, 115) that were created
but never populated by a data publisher. Live OEE data for those processes flows into adjacent table numbers
(70, 69, 116, 109, 107). The dashboard table map has been corrected to point to the live tables.
Site1 tables (9, 20, 27, 52) are correct but their data feed has stalled and needs investigation at the publisher level.
